WHEEL OF CONSENT

The Wheel of Consent changed my life! Learning and practicing the Wheel gave me access to my pleasure, my preferences and my desires, and helped me to find my “no.” I went from a lifetime of longing, to a deeply embodied understanding that what I wanted was available to me, I just had to ask. The more and more I work with the Wheel, I'm finding that it is a practice of becoming trustworthy, both to myself and to others. This work has been transformational to all of my relationships and the learning can be applied anywhere.

I’m so excited to bring this work to the Hudson Valley, New York City, and beyond! I am currently training to become a Certified Wheel of Consent Facilitator.
