BETH POAGUE
FACILITATION

I believe in moving at the speed of trust creating spaces for transformation. I have a wide range of experience, from nonprofit leadership to documentary film production and bring a breadth of skills and knowledge to my work. My teaching style is emergent, cooperative, interactive, playful and allows for self-reflection and meaningful conversation.
I consult with individuals, universities, nonprofits and corporations around disability justice, accessibility and inclusion, including staff development, event planning and shifting organizational culture. I facilitate planning sessions, conversations about culture and climate, and provide professional development on a wide-range of topics.
As a late-diagnosed Autistic (AuDHD), and as a parent of a disabled person and their sibling, I have lived experience and am able to offer support around parenting, navigating the special education process, and working with school districts towards full inclusion, equity and culturally responsive education.
I am trained in restorative practices and am a certified transformative mediator. I provide conflict resolution guidance and support for individuals and communities, to repair harm and create accountability practices and policies to keep community members safe.
I am available on an hourly or project basis. Contact me to discuss how I can support you!
