The Wheel of Consent, developed by Betty Martin, is a wonderful framework and practice to help us ask for what we want and disrupt patterns of going along. This workshop is not about consent in the way we have been taught to understand it, but about making agreements that allow for expressing our desires and noticing our limits. Experience the joy of receiving exactly what you want, and giving with a full, authentic yes!

There will be solo and paired exercises, and opportunities for reflection and discussion. You will be able to participate by doing or observing, and request that the exercises be nontouch, if preferred.
